The COC has been meeting regularly since January 2008 to become familiar with the plans for the Measure C project as well as regulatory requirements that the District is subject to for this project. Information concerning the project, its schedule and related items are available directly through the district offices.
The COC has appointed a Finance Sub-Committee. The committee reviews selected invoices to ensure they are properly to be paid with Measure C bond funds monthly. The committee then reports to the COC its actions on the invoices reviewed.
